Annelies is founding partner of The Kalepa Group. In 2020, she obtained a PhD in Customer Experience Management at KU Leuven. She inspires organizations about customer experience management, and her scientific background allows her to provide evidence-based recommendations to organizations. She is a visiting professor of Customer Experience Management and Marketing at KU Leuven and KEDGE Business School (France). She gave presentations in the U.S., Australia, and Europe, and published her work in renowned scientific journals.
Christel is a founding partner of The Kalepa Group. She is a seasoned leader with over 25 years experience in designing, managing and improving service organisations. Since 2009 she guides and coaches directors and managers to enhance their customer and employee engagement, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, and optimize costs based on an outside-in principle. Previously she worked as a solutions director and site director at SITEL Belgium, an company with over 1000 employees across six branches. She is a trusted advisor to multiple international organisations.
Dirk is founding partner and CEO of The Kalepa Group. He is a trusted advisor with over 30 years of experience in customer interaction and experience management. He is specialised in strategic and operational improvement journeys and business transformation programs, both at a national and international level. Previously, he served as Director and Senior Vice President for SITEL, Techmar and IPG Group. Dirk consulted a wide variety of national and international organisations.
Isabelle is founding partner and director of The Kalepa Group. She obtained a PhD in Biological Sciences and a further postgraduate degree in Forensic Sciences. Before starting her career in customer experience quality, coaching and training for service organisations, Isabelle was a research associate and lecturer at the universities of Rhodes and Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Her background shaped her as an analytical and agile problem solver with the ability to coach and guide managers and teamleaders from theory to practice. She is a trusted advisor to multiple international organisations.

Yves is founding partner of The Kalepa Group. He is a professor of Marketing at KU Leuven, and was a visiting professor at multiple universities and business schools. His research was published in leading academic journals, and he was a keynote speaker at conferences across the globe. He was also one of the first to design a master course on customer experience management in Europe. Yves loves engaging in critical discussions about customer experience management with board members and managers, where he brings value to the table by offering an evidence-based perspective.
